Steinar makes the pool foamy

Here's a description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to illustrate it.

Steinar squirts dish soap into the small swimming pool on the property, and uses a leaf-blower to mix the soap into the water efficiently. At some point, he delegates the task of holding the leaf-blower to Olli, while he lounges in a nearby recliner. He earns second place.
