Maria makes edible loafers
Maria decides that her shoes should double as a pantry, and also be recyclable.
She creates her shoes out of loaves of bread, by hollowing them out and then decorating them with various sweets and spreads.
She spray-paints one shoe orange, and the other white.
She also adds some buns at the back to create heels.
She fills the inside of the shoes with Non Stop brand sweets (similar to M&Ms, but with flavoured shells) to act as an interior massager, as well as a snack on the go.
Atle tries on her shoes in studio, and they rapidly disintegrate as he walks across the stage.
Still, Maria is awarded first place for her creativity, and because the shoes can also be used to feed the birds.
