Petra makes a pulley system

Petra runs to the shed to collect supplies.

She first sets up a weighted cone, just past the finish line, and then runs some rope around it, starting and ending at the starting line.

She then gaffer-tapes the teddy bear to a swimming board, and secures the rope to it.

Petra then uses this pulley system to efficiently (but not particularly quickly) pull the teddy bear past the finish line.

Her bear completes the course in 16 seconds, which earns her second place.
