Guy misses the obvious solution

Here's a description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to illustrate it.

Guy calls his friend, Jules, after 30 seconds, and then takes a “celebratory bite” of a wax banana. He is mocked for not thinking to instead call his brother, Paul Williams, who is sitting across the table from him. He earns second place.
