Leigh tastes fish where there is none

Here's a description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to illustrate it.

Leigh manages to deduce a fair amount of flavours, so earns joint third place. He guesses that the flavours include blue cheese, “sweet chocolate mousse”, hummus, and “fish dip / seafood”. Strangely, the one he thinks is fishy is not the one with fish in it. As he leaves the lab, he takes the bowl of chips and the mint and blue cheese dip with him.
