Hadi completely changes his method

After reading the first task brief, Hadi sources a large bin bag and starts quickly scooping as many balls as he can into it.

This method presents a problem for Hadi when it comes time to get the balls into the pipe, as the bag is much too large to fit.

Hadi shoves the open end of the bag into the pipe, then shoves his arm into the bottom of the bag, forcing as many balls up into the pipe as he can.

He ends up with 71 balls in the pipe after his first attempt.

After receiving the second task brief, Hadi is the only contestant to try a completely different method.

He runs out of the study and sources an electric saw, which he uses to saw a hole near the top of the pipe.

He also has Mark tape some plastic wrap across the bottom of the pipe, to seal it off.

Hadi then quickly starts feeding balls into the pipe through the hole he has cut, for the rest of his time, filling the pipe enough that the balls begin to fall back out of the hole.

He ends up with 86 balls in the pipe after his second attempt – a net gain of 15 balls – and earns third place.
