Sam makes a prominent-ended sausage

Sam’s list of ingredients is as follows:

Skin/artificial ham
Apple cider vinegar
Ugly raisins
Spinach
Artisinal seeds
Grain
Egg or 3

Sam blends the majority of his ingredients together and then fries it up, laying it all out on a blanket of several slices of ham, while commenting that “when it comes to cooking, aesthetics is almost everything”.

He rolls his creation up in the ham slices, securing them with toothpicks, and garnishes them with a spinach leaf. He also adds a dab of ketchup and mustard to the plate before presenting it to Alex.

Before tasting it, Alex comments that he’s never had a sausage with “such prominent ends”, and Sam responds that “the ends are very prominent, at this time of the year”.

Alex describes the taste of Sam’s sausage as “really horrible” (and, in the studio, “inedible”), and he awards Sam last place.
