Stian works smarter, not harder
Stian initially sets up his picnic on the balcony, and calls Olli up to join him. However, Olli spins the wheel again before joining Stian, and then observes that Stian is nowhere near finished setting up his picnic anyway. However, this was apparently just a tactic to delay Olli from spinning the wheel again for as long as possible.
Stian also recognises that he can do much of the preparatory work to set up the picnic wherever he wants, so he divides the food between the two plates while still on the balcony, before placing them back into the basket and returning to the wheel, to find out where it will next send him (which turns out to be the caravan).
Once in the caravan, Stian then simply removes two full plates of food and the drink from his basket, and sets them on the picnic blanket.
Unfortunately, it turns out that Stian has lost one of the blueberries, meaning that his picnic is not equal, and he must therefore continue the task.
In another excellent display of lateral thinking, Stian pours the contents of both plates onto one of the chairs in the caravan before packing up the rest of his picnic and moving to his next location: the garage.
From the garage, Stian calls Olli to join him for his picnic, which consists of a single strawberry on each plate, and two empty champagne glasses.
Stian sets up his picnic in 12 minutes and 15 seconds, and earns third place.
