Sofie pulls an Ibi-Pippi
Sofie is the last to film her attempt at the task, and so is left with no choice between the task briefs. She has to pick the second one, on the second shortest pole, which instructs her to paint the fourth most accurate portrait of Lasse.
After briefly attempting to paint an actual portrait, Sofie declares that she will emulate the artist Ibi-Pippi (who vandalised a famous painting by the artist Asger Jorn, who himself had rendered his work by painting over an existing artwork). Sofie thus decides to take an existing portrait of Lasse from the house and paint her own over it, an idea she describes as “Not completely bad, but bad. Which is why it’s the fourth dumbest thing you can do”. She finds a framed picture of Lasse and paints her own addition in the lower left corner of it, making sure to point out Lasse’s “made for TV glasses”. Sofie’s painting depicts Lasse coming out of an eggshell.
In the studio, Lasse points out that Sofie has actually painted on the glass of the frame, and not on the original artwork itself, and so he orders the portrait behind the glass to be removed. Once that is done, Sofie’s painting is left as a decent cartoon depiction of Lasse.
Ultimately, Lasse judges Sofie’ painting to be the third most accurate, so she gets no points.
