Sue’s deadly game

After reading the task brief, Sue laments that the doughnut is not a jam-filled doughnut, as that would have provided an opportunity for “all kind of slight filth”.

At the start of her attempt, Alex emerges from the house to dramatic music, clad in a helmet and protective goggles, and with a large sponge taped to his crotch.

Sue then arrives on the scene, rolling a large bin which reads ‘DONUT OF DOOM’ (she immediately apologises for the American spelling).

After stretching a bungee cord across the lid of the bin, Sue uses it to launch the doughnut at Alex. Surprisingly, her first shot comes quite close, but the doughnut lands at his feet.

Sue proceeds to try several more times, with all of her shots missing Alex, and the doughnut eventually breaks in half. Admitting that she no longer has the element of surprise on her side, Sue persists (either with a new doughnut, or else the footage of her attempts are shown out of order), and eventually launches the doughnut directly into Alex’s chest.

In the studio, Greg calls Sue’s attempt the least-shocking thing he’s ever seen. Sue counters that the shocking thing is that she’d actually managed to hit Alex.

Greg awards an unsurprised Sue last place (“Give it to me, Uncle Greg!”).
