Marie-Lyne’s wordplay

Marie-Lyne says that, to her, ‘éclatable’ actually means an ‘éclat’ (‘splinter’) of a table. As such, she brings in several pieces of sharp glass, presumably from a broken glass top table.

When her prize submission is received with mostly silence, Louis apologises to Kevin for being particularly harsh about his own entry, and the two men shake hands in reconciliation.

Marie-Lyne continues to plead her case to Mona as to why her prize is funny, and Mona calmly reassures her.

Unsurprisingly, Louis awards Marie-Lyne last place.
