Mauri wears a cat
At the first station, Mauri crawls underneath the ladder.
At the second station, he decides to carry the cat instead of letting it pass in front of him. He manages to keep his hands free by stuffing the cat into the collar of his shirt.
At the third station, after briefly considering the coin jar, Mauri instead places the keys on the table.
At the fourth station, Mauri breaks the mirror while still reading the task brief, cracking it apart on the corner of the table.
Mauri is confused by the umbrella mii-task, so David explains that the ‘bad luck’ option would be to open the umbrella inside, and that’s what Mauri chooses to do.
At the final station, when Mauri asks David which side of the coin ‘tails’ is, David dryly replies that it’s “the one that isn’t ‘heads’”. Mauri flips the normal krona coin provided on the final table, and sticks to tossing the coin and placing it on the back of his hand.
When Mauri recognises that, statistically, the chance of flipping five ‘tails’ in a row is slim, David wonders if Mauri might have been able to do something to help improve his chances, prior to arriving at this point.
At some point during his coin flips, Mauri removes the cat from his shirt and places it on the small table, technically breaking the rule relating to it, but this does not seem to be held against him.
Mauri completes the lucky tour in 9 minutes and 37 seconds, and earns last place.
