Maria builds a five-second tower

Maria is the only contestant who chooses to carry the can that held the blindfold with her, as she makes her way to the lab.

She wanders around the driveway in search of the steps leading up to the house, and then asks David to stand on the steps and talk to her, so she can orientate herself. David does not comply, simply informing her that she has four minutes remaining.

Eventually, Maria gets on her hands and knees and starts crawling around in search of the steps. When she feels the corner of the porch, she believes it to be the steps, and gleefully cries to David that she has found them. She eventually realises that she has at least found the house, and so feels her way around it to the bannister, and makes her way up the steps.

At this point, Maria has only has one minute remaining on the clock. She hurries down the hallway and enters the lab in her final 10 seconds, promptly knocking over the entire existing tower of cans.

Screaming her hatred for David, Maria quickly stacks a few cans before her time runs out, creating a four-storey tower.

Maria earns joint first place.
