Episode synopsis

In this episode, the contestants must pat Mark on the back, make several things happen simultaneously, crack a crème brûlée, find a potato in a bucket, and play a game of ‘Heavier or lighter?’. Also, one contestant is instructed to take a portfolio of pictures with a cardboard cut-out of Lasse Rimmer.

Episode notes

  • The saga of Tobias Dybvad’s missing eyebrows continues, as Tobias is wearing fake eyebrows in this episode, which he claims were made from Mark’s armpit hair (referencing his own attempt at the ‘Make and eat an exotic open-faced sandwich’ task during the previous episode).

Title context

Carsten Eskelund argues that all potatoes in the indefinite singular (i.e. ‘a potato’), have the potential to become “the potato in the definite singular”, during studio discussion of his attempt at the ‘Pull the rope and drop the potato’ task.

Winner notes

At the end of the episode, there is a three-way tie between Carsten, Natasha, and Tobias. As is tradition on Stormester, the tie is partially settled in the first instance by looking at who had won the most of their tasks during the episode. Since Carsten and Natasha had both won two tasks each, and Tobias had only won one, Tobias is eliminated as the winner. To settle the remaining tie between Carsten and Natasha, the pair play a sudden death game of ‘Rock, paper, scissors’, and Natasha wins.
