Work out what the switch does
- In this task the contestants are instructed to figure out what an electrical switch does. The Taskmaster house is filled with dozens of extra electrical appliances during the task to distract them from what actually happens when the switch is flipped, which is a manual action performed by the Taskmaster’s assistant.
Original version
In this version of the task, the switch isn't directly controlling anything but, each time it is flipped, Alex manually rotates Ollie, the knight statue in front of the house.
Adaptations
In this version of the task, the switch controls whether the Stormester trophy in the study is wearing glasses or not.
In this version of the task, the switch controls a small light above a picture on the landing.
