Solve the riddle
- In this team task, the contestants are situated in different locations, and may not leave those locations.
- They are able to communicate with their team-mates via walkie-talkies, and will need to do so in order to solve a riddle.
- The clues to the riddle are split between their locations, and usually include a coded message which must be solved by finding the key to the cipher.
- The task may also involve awarding bonus points if one of the members of a team is able to get one of their team-mates to say a specific word without arousing suspicion.

Adapted versions
In this version of the task, the cipher used to encode the riddle is much simpler, involving only a transposition of the vowels in the words. The key to decoding the cipher is hidden on the back of a framed picture of Lasse, rather than being written on the back of two halves of a jigsaw puzzle. A Faroese-Danish dictionary is provided, as a red herring. Also, the third contestant on the team of three must attempt to get their team-mates to say the word ‘asparagus’ as many times as possible.
