Hide the rubber duck / Find the rubber duck
- In this task, the contestants are first instructed to hide a rubber duck from a contestant within a specific room.
- They are then instructed to find a rubber duck hidden by a contestant.
- The wording of the task brief is intentionally ambiguous to lead the contestant to believe that another contestant has already hidden a rubber duck in the room for them to find, when, in fact, they simply need to retrieve the duck which they themselves have hidden.
- If they were to think about the task with a clear mind, they might realise that there’s no way it could be filmed so that every contestant is looking for a duck hidden by another, since there would not be a duck for the first contestant filming the task to find.
