The first task brief is balanced on a novelty rubber duck, which is sat on the desk in the study. Olli either slips the second task brief underneath he first while the contestants set about hiding their ducks, or he hands it to them afterwards. The briefs for the task are as follows:

Task notes
- The rubber duck provided to each contestant appears to be unique: Ingar’s is a snow-duck, wearing a blue wool hat and pink mittens; Ingrid’s is bright pink, and is wearing a yellow party hat and carrying a blue gift; Jonis’ is lime green, and wearing red headphones or ear defenders. It’s unclear how Petter’s and Nora’s ducks are themed.
