Season synopsis
The sixth season of Bäst i Test, consisting of nine regular competition episodes and a bonus episode featuring unaired tasks, began airing on 4 March 2022.
The four regular contestants for the season were: season 5 guest contestant Anis Don Demina, Marcus Berggren, Sofia Dalén, and Sussie Eriksson. These cast members were introduced during the preceding 2021 Christmas special, which was recorded at the same time as this season.
The guest contestants who appeared during the season were: Annika Lantz, Danny Saucedo, Fredde Granberg, Jerka Johansson, season 5 regular Johanna Nordström, Lotta Engberg, Petrina Solange,Tareq Taylor, and Vanna Rosenberg.
For the second season in a row, and as seen in the Christmas special, the show had moved to a new house for the pre-filmed tasks.
Notes
- The contestants for series 6 were disclosed on the official Bäst i Test Instagram account between August and September 2021.
- In mid-November 2021 it was announced that the live studio recording sessions for series 6 would be taking place across six 4-hour sessions between 29 November and 7 December 2021.
- On 7 December Babben posted on Instagram that she was on her last day of studio filming for 12 episodes over a 10-day period. Only nine of these episodes will be regular competition episodes, with a bonus episode and 'best of' episode, making it up to 11, and a Christmas special, (featuring this series' cast) which aired on Christmas day 2021, making it up to 12.
- At 7am on 16 December it was announced via the official Bäst i Test Instagram account that the series would be starting in 1 month, 19 days and 12 hours, putting the air date for the first episode as 7pm on 4 February 2022. The following day, a correction was posted, clarifying that the series would actually begin airing on 4 March 2022.

Notes on discrepancies
- There were points discrepancies in episodes 5 and 7 which suggest that there were additional, unaired tasks in those episodes which were still considered part of the competition.
Winner notes
- If only the tasks included in the episodes are counted, the winner of the season would be Anis Don Demina.
- However, there appear to have been some unaired tasks which were still counted in the episode and season totals, meaning that the official winner of the season was the guest contestant collective.
