Biography

Ali Jahangiri (born on 6 June 1981) is an Iranian-Finnish stand-up comedian and presenter. His comedy includes material about prejudice against immigrants.

In 2012 and 2013 he hosted the reality television show Viidakon tähtöset.

Between 2013 and 2016, he co-hosted the radio programme Ali ja Husu on the radio station Yle Puhe, and also had his own talk show called Ali Show. Starting in 2016, he became the producer of a new programme on the station led by multicultural women.

In 2017, he competed in the tenth season of Tanssii tähtien kanssa ['Dancing with the Stars'], and achieved third place.

In 2021, he announced that he would become a grocery store entrepreneur, with the 'K' (Kesko) chain of stores.
