Champion of Champions

Special synopsis

The first Taskmaster Champion of Champions special, consisting of two episodes, was originally broadcast on Dave in December 2017.

It featured the champions from the first five series of the show - Bob Mortimer, Josh Widdicombe, Katherine Ryan, Noel Fielding, and Rob Beckett - competing against one another to determine the ultimate Taskmaster champion to date.

The live studio sessions were recorded at Pinewood Studios in Iver Heath, near London.

Special prize

The prize up for grabs in this special is a golden statue of what Greg claims is his actual body.

During the special, a miniature version of the statue is on display next to Greg's throne.

At the end of the special, a life-size version is stood on stage, and the winner gets to mount the trophy they won in their series on top of it.
