The task brief is laid on the table in the lab. The brief for the task is as follows:
Jam with the other contestants.
You are a jazz band consisting of five contestants with unique instruments.
You must draw the instrument you’ll play from this bowl.
Don’t worry if you can’t play your instrument – your mouth will be your instrument.
Overall enthusiasm will also count positively.
The jam starts in three minutes, and will last for 30 seconds.
The best jammer wins.
Task notes
- Also on the table, there is a glass bowl containing between one and five mini task brief envelopes, depending on the order in which the contestants filmed their attempts at the task, each of which contains the name of a musical instrument. As each instrument is selected, it becomes unavailable to the remaining contestants.
