Task brief
The task brief is leant against a blender filled with raw eggs, on the table in the lab. The brief for the task is as follows:
Save as many eggs as possible from the blender.
David will start the blender in 45 seconds.
The clock is ticking while you are in the lab, and is paused when you are outside the lab.
You may not touch the eggs.
You may not unplug the blender or remove the blender from the lab.
Most intact eggs when the task is over wins.
Your time starts now.
Task notes
- Each of the eggs has a face drawn on it in marker pen.
- The jug containing the eggs has been gaffer-taped to the blender base, to make it hard to remove.
- Next to the table, there is a plinth with a large red button on it.
- Before David hits the button to turn on the blender, he steps behind a sheet of clear plastic which unrolls from the ceiling.
