The task brief is laid on the table in the lab. The brief for the task is as follows:
Commentate on yourself achieving something really tricky, then achieve that really tricky thing.
Most iconic really tricky thing achieved wins.
You have five minutes to record your commentary, then 15 minutes to achieve that really tricky thing.

Task notes
- The table has been set at an odd angle in the corner of the lab, and is covered with a black tablecloth.
- There is a handheld microphone on the table, along with a small, old-fashioned CRT television set.
- A stool is provided for the contestants to sit on, while recording their commentary.
