Here's a brief description of the contestants' attempts. Someone's probably working on writing up some additional detail, though!
- Angella and Leigh made a catapult from balloons and an antler, but misread the task so caught the grape from a short distance, playing the tuba before and after catching the grape. They caught the grape from 3 metres, receiving 3 points each.
- Brynley, Guy and Madeleine initially tried to make a catapult before Madeleine batted the grape with a shovel to Brynley playing the tuba, although she didn't play a tune. They caught the grape from 10.99 metres, receiving 5 points each.
