Tim destroys a watermelon

Tim bursts into the lab, grabs the watermelon, and immediately smashes and tears it to pieces in the middle of the table, stuffing huge chunks of it into his face like an animal.

Back in the studio, when congratulated on his watermelon eating technique, he credits Greg's grandmother with its development (a call-back to a comment he made, after Josh's attempt, about having seen her eating watermelon).

In total, he ate 302g of watermelon. However, Alex reveals via some additional video footage that Tim ate a small piece of watermelon flesh after the whistle had been blown.

For this transgression, and the 'breath-taking arrogance' of winking at the camera while doing it, 9g are deducted from his total, leaving him at 293g, and in second place.
