Eero paints a drunken Jaakko

Eero chooses a distance of 2 metres. After reading the task brief, he starts to put on the protective coveralls, but is stopped by Pilvi, who rhetorically asks Eero if he is currently lying on his back on the creeper.

When he finally manages to retrieve the painting tools and get started, Eero justifies his colour choices to Pilvi: he is certain that the Taskmaster enjoys “a fine drink” in the evenings, so will often have a red nose the following mornings, and that he is otherwise blue, as he “bumped into a bathroom wall” during the night.

Near the end of his time painting, Eero throws an entire bottle of paint at his painting, creating a large beauty mark, which he describes as “a good, final brush stroke.”

In the studio, Eero struggles to explain what characteristics his painting portrays, and Jaakko tells him that since he is a professional entertainer, he should be able to just “pull two characteristics out of a hat” on the spot. Eero draws from that prompt, claiming that his portrait emphasises Jaakko’s “strong hair”, and the fact that the portrait has green lips means that “nature is present” whenever Jaakko speaks.

Pilvi later reveals that, along with Viivi, Eero was the contestant who was the most diligent about staying on his back on the creeper during the task.

Jaakko awards everyone 3 points.
