Matthieu salts the egg

Matthieu immediately decides that the challenge is to eat a raw egg, and states that there is 'zero chance' of him doing that, as he is afraid of food poisoning.

He fetches a portable electric hob and a frying pan from the kitchen, and sets about cooking the egg, but it takes a long time to heat up.

While seasoning the egg with salt, he accidentally puts way too much on.

Once the pan gets hot enough to cook the egg, it sticks to the unoiled pan.

He eats what he can of his oversalted egg in 7 minutes and 20 seconds, earning 2 points from Louis.
