Espen picks up the bin

Here's a description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to illustrate it.

Espen immediately enters the room, jumps into the bin, and starts scooping the balls out with his arms, before realising that there is a smarter solution. Climbing back out again, he lifts up one side of the bin, which has an unattached floor, allowing all of the balls to fall out of the bottom. Olli stops the clock when he has lifted it sufficiently for it to be considered empty, and then Espen drops it back down again. He therefore completed the task in just 51 seconds.
