Jo sprays onion juice into his eyes

Jo fetches a bag of onions from the kitchen, chops some up, and begins rubbing them on his face.

After this apparently has no effect, he starts snapping pieces of onion directly in front of each eye, to spray its juice directly into them.

He is ultimately able to stimulate some tears in this way, collecting three in total, and earning fourth place.
