Katherine does not leave the room

Here's a brief description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working writing up more detail!

Katherine didn't realise she could leave the room so constructed a pendulum-styled marble run in the living room using an extended ruler propped up by two side tables and column. The marble rolled for 32.4 seconds.
