Attempts

Here's a brief description of the contestants' attempts. Someone's probably working on writing up some additional detail, though!

  • Daisy made an elaborate multi-tiered marble run from pipes and planks in the hallway. The marble rolled for 11 seconds and 21 frames.
  • Johnny made a simple marble run with a ramp from a ladder and a pipe, trying to make it move after it entered the pipe with a broom and leaf blower but failing to affect its movement. The marble rolled for 8 seconds and 6 frames.
  • Katherine didn't realise she could leave the room so constructed a pendulum-styled marble run in the living room using an extended ruler propped up by two side tables and column. The marble rolled for 32.4 seconds.
  • Mawaan taped a tea towel around the marble and put it in the washing machine for 1 hour. However, his fellow contestants argued that Mawaan affected the marble's movement after releasing it by pushing the button on the washing machine to make it work. As he result, Greg disqualified him from the task.
  • Richard made a long marble run outside, but the marble got stuck in a crack in the driveway. The marble rolled for 8 seconds and 23 frames.
