Lidija touches the red mat

Here's a description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to illustrate it.

Lidija lays a carpet on the red mat so she can walk over to the easel without stepping on it. She forgets that only certain things may touch the red mat, and that a carpet is not one of those things. She decides to recreate one of the portraits of Ivan from the house. The fact that she broke the rules is unfortunate, because Lidija's picture is actually good – it is a replica of a small picture of Ivan standing next to a train, next to a forest with a deer in it. Lidija earns second place – until it is revealed that all five contestants broke the rules regarding touching the red mat, after which she is awarded zero points.
