Josh breaches the pies

Josh inspects the bottom of one of the pies and quickly deduces that they probably do not contain typical fillings.

He guesses, from how the bottom of one of the pies feels, that it contains marbles.

Upon inspecting a second pie he guesses, based on the weight and integrity of the base, that it is a normal pie of some description.

The base of the frozen pea pie falls away as he lifts it out of its tray for inspection, constituting an unintentional breach of the pastry.

He is able to somehow (presumably through a leak) taste the contents of the toothpaste pie and correctly determine its nature.

Back in the studio, he accepts that the frozen pea pie was breached, even though it was not his intention to do so.

It seems that Josh was penalised in his placement for this task for the accidental breach, as he appeared to be doing so well, but placed fourth overall.
