Joe’s antique water skis

After he’s read the task brief, Alex asks Joe how well he knows the Taskmaster. Joe replies “Greg? Never heard of him”, before asking if he can buy a “range” of gifts.

In the studio, it’s revealed that Joe has decided to buy just one gift and, though wrapped in shiny purple paper, it is very clear from the shape that it’s a pair of skis of some description.

Joe states that he’d taken “a punt” that Greg might be into water-skiing. When Jon asks if the wooden skis are antique, Joe says that they are, but then admits that he can’t guarantee that they will float.

Greg says that the water skis are a really nice gift, but he awards Joe fourth place.
