Leo leaves the lab

Here's a description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to illustrate it.

Leo decides to inflate and burst all of the balloons in order to not incur any extra time. However, he impatiently bursts all but one of the balloons with his fingernails, rather than waiting for them to burst from inflation alone. Using his phone to help him keep track of time, he leaves the lab at exactly 7 minutes. However, with 6 minutes and 30 seconds in extra time from the 13 balloons he popped with his hands, he ends up with a total time of 13 minutes and 30 seconds. He therefore earns third place in the task.
