Vidar leaves the lab

Here's a description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to illustrate it.

Vidar initially does not touch any of the balloons, apparently planning on just waiting and leaving at the seven minute mark. However, he then re-reads the task and realises that he had interpreted it incorrectly, and jumps to action. He starts inflating the balloons but, realising he is short on time, starts bursting them with his fingernails, rather than waiting for them to burst from inflation alone. He leaves the lab at 7 minutes exactly. In the studio, Olli reveals that he only burst two balloons through inflation alone, meaning that he gained an additional 6 minutes in time for the other 12 balloons he burst manually. With his final time of 13 minutes, he earns second place in the task.
