Pirjo builds a bark boat

Pirjo admits that she knows nothing about sailboats.
She wonders if she could build a bark boat (traditionally made from tree bark, using a stick and a leaf for the sail) in the allotted time, as they are easy enough to make that they are commonly made by children.
After searching a few trees, she finds a few good strips of bark to serve as the boat. She uses a stick for the mast, and cuts a small sail from some fabric.
Pirjo attaches the mast to the boat with a few clothes pegs, and attaches the strips of bark together using nails, accidentally nailing the bark to the workbench in the process.
When Pilvi launches the boat, it floats for a few seconds before capsizing, so Pirjo is disqualified.
