Fathi makes a platform

Fathi asks if the suitcase needs to be shut when the task is over. Reaching the conclusion that it does not, Fathi decides that his best chance of winning is to build a platform inside of the suitcase, and then have as many people as possible stand on it. He fills the suitcase with blocks of wood, and then balances a longer plank of wood on top of the pile to create his platform. Fathi then stands on the plank, along with a member of the crew. Fathi’s suitcase weighs 173.3kg. Although Jaakko rules that the suitcase must be closed, in order to be considered packed, he awards Fathi a participation point.
