Roisin gifts a live animal
Roisin gingerly presents Greg with a wrapped gift, advising him to open it very carefully.
She says that she had bought Greg something he’d indicated that he wanted, while he was drunk.
As Greg realises what she’s brought him, there’s a moment where he realises that there’s a danger that Josh’s above-and-beyond effort to have himself permanently marked for the show could end up being put in second place.
Roisin reveals that, because her gift only cost £17, she bought him three lottery scratch-cards as well.
Greg carefully reveals that the plastic container within Roisin’s gift-wrapping contains a live mouse.
In response to Frank’s comment that it is morally questionable to gift animals, Greg jokes that he has no plans to keep the mouse, and mimes the action of flushing a toilet.
Greg ultimately puts Roisin in second place for her gift, deciding that Josh’s commitment should be rewarded.
