Einar panders to the locals

Einar panders to the local Drammen crowd by talking about how Drammen is Norway’s best city, and saying that they should vote for him if they want Drammen to be the capital of Norway. He then starts shouting a local Drammen football chant, with which the crowd enthusiastically joins in. He ultimately receives 33% of the votes, and earns first place.
