Maria's egg-solution

Prior to the video of her attempt being shown, Atle twice makes an awkward pun about Maria’s "eggløsning" (based on the words for 'ovulation' and 'egg-solution'). After she protests the pun, Olli changes the introduction to be "Marias løsning med egg" ('Maria’s solution with eggs').

In her attempt, Maria sees the target below the balcony and immediately gets excited.

She hatches a plan to attach her eggs to balloons filled with helium, and somehow float them down.

She wraps her first egg in bubble-wrap and tapes it to the outside of a red helium balloon. When she throws it from the balcony, it spirals quickly to the ground and bounces into the second ring of the target. Olli reports that she has broken the egg.

Maria tries again, using more bubble-wrap and two balloons, this time. While this egg doesn’t break on impact, it lands in some bushes, quite far from the target.

We either are not shown her third attempt, or she ran out of time to try a third time.

After sucking in some helium, Maria reports in a high-pitched voice that, that while her tactics were good, her execution was not. Her best egg drop ends up 3 metres away from the target.

Atle points out that, even though she did not hit the target, she at least has an egg in the game, and he awards her fourth place.
