Every but Kathrine puts their glasses on
No-one is able to solve the code for the combination lock based on the first clue alone.
After the second clue is revealed, Hadi notices the number ‘9’ printed on Kathrine’s toolbox, and searches his own toolbox for a similar number.
He briefly looks at the other contestants’ toolboxes in search of numbers, but does not actually leave his spot.
Anders is the first one to open his toolbox and, after being reminded by Lasse, successfully strings the glasses and puts them on over his own glasses.
Meanwhile, Hadi is annoyed that he has been putting in the correct combination on an upside-down padlock.
Jesper is the second to open his toolbox, having figured out early on that the combination started with ‘19’, thanks to the Roman numeral clue.
Hadi opens his own toolbox almost immediately after Jesper, and the two race to secure second place.
Hadi ultimately strings and puts on his glasses second, with Jesper securing a close third.
Petra – who had attempted to look at Anders’ discarded padlock to find out the code, but could not read it from her spot – eventually strings and puts on her glasses, and secures fourth place.
Kathrine never actually gets her own toolbox open, despite having picked up Jesper’s discarded combination lock to read the code off of it.
She insists that her lock is broken, and may actually have been correct about this as, during the closing credits, both Petra and Lasse are seen trying to get the lock open.
