The brief for the task is as follows:

Tie the ends of your strings on the frame and put the glasses on.

Fastest wins.

Your time starts on Mark’s signal.

The contestants are lined up side-by-side on stage, each standing behind a red toolbox, which is locked with a four-digit combination lock.
The contestants need to figure out the combination to the lock, which turns out to be Lasse’s year of birth, 1972.
Inside the toolbox there is a pair of glasses and an inflated balloon, inside of which a length of string has been hidden.
Lasse’s first clue to the combination is ‘MCMLXXII’.
His second clue is ‘123 x 16 + 4’.
His third clue is ‘The year The Godfather premiered in theatres.’
His fourth clue is that the combination is his year of birth.
His final clue is to tell the contestants that he is 51 years old.
