Sofie invents a new unit of measurement

While Sofie searches Mark’s room for something that might help, she tells Mark that the task does not dictate the unit of measurement required.

She therefore decides to use her own arm as the unit of measurement, and starts wrapping the yarn between her fingers and her elbow.

She manages to retrieve all of the yarn, and declares that there are 188 ‘Sofie Linde forearms’ worth.

It is determined that one Sofie Linde forearm is equivalent to 33 centimetres, thus making Sofie’s estimate 62.04 metres.

Sofie therefore earns second place.
