- The yarn begins at the bottom of the stairs, then runs into the hallway, through a play tunnel, through the living room and kitchen, and into Mark’s room.
- In a jacket within Mark’s room, there is the paper ring which originally held the yarn in its ball, and which reveals that the actual length of the yarn is 115 metres.
