Mel’s beer perfume
Mel asks Jeremy what sense evokes the most memories, which Jeremy thinks hard about while Mel gives not very subtle hints that it’s smell.
Eventually, Jeremy starts to say “the smell of something”, but Mel cuts him off, saying yes, the sense of smell evokes the most memories.
She then reveals that the prevalent smell from her childhood was beer, which she has now put in a perfume bottle for her prize submission.
She says it’s quite good for when she’s in Australia because she just needs to spray a bit on her and it reminds her of her dad.
Jeremy gives her 1 point, saying she didn’t really need to put it in the perfume bottle and could have just brought in beer, which Mel admits that she had initially intended to do, but had thought it would be too boring.
