Susan’s lava lamp

Susan brings in a lava lamp, which Greg immediately suggests might be of use to Julian’s Biggles character, based on its somewhat phallic shape.

Susan claims that while children love lava lamps, they’re also great for treating Seasonal Affective Disorder in adults.

Greg disputes both of these claims, saying that not only does he doubt that any medical professional would recommend that someone affected with SAD buy a lava lamp, but that lava lamps aren’t a children’s toy.

Alex chimes in, clarifying from a Health & Safety perspective that lava lamps are not recommended for anyone under 14. Susan counters that 15-year-olds are still legally children.

Greg awards Susan fourth place.
