Julian makes three sausages

Julian’s list of ingredients is as follows:

Sticky toffee
A decorative plate
Underwear (edible)
Streaky bacon (vegan)
Apple (grated)
Granola
Edamame nuts

Not much is shown of his cooking process. He comments that the edible underpants look like something out of Silence of the Lambs, and it’s obvious that they make up the majority of the structure of his sausages, of which he has made three.

Alex seems to not mind the taste of Julian’s sausage, though he admits that the taste is overwhelmingly that of the edible underwear. He does comment that the granola and the apple work well together, and is able to pick up a hint of the sticky toffee flavour.

Despite eating most of one of the sausages, Alex attempts to hide the remains of it from Julian, under the table.

In the studio, both Julian and Alex agreed that the wrong type of edible pants had been purchased, and that thinner ones would have worked better. Alex awards Julian second place.
