Susan makes a messy “sausage”

Susan’s list of ingredients is as follows:

Strawberries
Aubergine
Undies
Salt
Avocado
Green leaf
Edible glitter

Not much is shown of her cooking process, though at one point, she sprinkles the salt onto her creation like Salt Bae.

She presents her ‘sausage’ to Alex on a bed of lacy women’s underwear (which she informs Alex that he is allowed to lick). However, there is actually no sausage to speak of – just a whole avocado, some green leaves, and some smashed strawberries.

Alex describes his first taste of it as “salt and a strawberry”. Susan then feeds Alex from different parts of the plate, in an attempt to give him a taste of different flavours. Eventually, she feeds him a mouthful which he describes as “quite pleasant, which is a surprise”. Susan jumps on this comment, making sure the cameras it.

Susan then has Alex lick one of the pairs of underwear as a palate cleanser, after he’s finished eating.

In the studio, Greg puts it to Susan that her creation was at no point ever a sausage, and Susan simply agrees, which pretty much disarms him. Alex awards Susan fourth place.
